INTERNATIONAL CLUB International Club members study the cultures, traditions, and current affairs in countries around the world. The purpose of the club is to know and appreciate other countries and bring that knowledge and understanding to the rest of the school community. It collaborates with other international organizations dedicated to peace and justice for all people around the world. The club meets twice a month throughout the school year to plan and implement activities such as pen pals, adopt-a-child, and promotion of fair trade products. The group also attends local cultural events such as Hispanic Day and the Festival of Cultures at Our Lady of the Snows Shrine in Belleville or Masses in St. Louis that are celebrated in other languages.
